The main objective of the International Conference for Bankers and Academics (ICBA) 2016 is to provide bankers/potential bankers with important training opportunities and academics with recent research directions in the fields of banking, business, and social sciences. This is a joint effort by the Australian Academy of Business and Social Sciences (AABSS), Bangladesh Institute of Bank Management (BIBM) and the Journal of Developing Areas (JDA) to promote current ideas that are important for global bankers and academics. Its objective also includes the dissemination of knowledge and networking with relevant stakeholders in order to inform and motivate the participants for strategic thinking and actions. While ICBA 2016 aims to serve as a platform for the bankers, academics, researchers, and learners of undergraduate and graduate banking, business and social sciences from all over the world, the participants from Asia are expected to bolster the conference audience.
